WEBSITE TERMS / TERMS-V1 / EFFECTIVE 04 OCTOBER 2026

Clear terms for a product still in progress.

These website terms explain how you may use the Wave Body marketing preview and the boundaries around Early Access, community discussion and product claims. They are a pre-release baseline, not a paid-app subscription agreement or legal advice.

Operator and legal status.
Wave Body is a founder-led fitness and wellness product project developed by Roman Chupryna. WaveWork Unity is a planned operating name for a future business and is not represented as an incorporated company or corporation. No registration number, registered office or physical business address is represented by this preview. Public legal contact: wave@wavebody.app.

1. Using this website

By using the preview, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully and without attempting to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass access controls. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive forms or community preview. Mandatory consumer, privacy and accessibility rights are not waived by these terms.

2. Eligibility and youth safeguards

The planned product audience is 14 and older. The future product will not knowingly enroll anyone under 14. People aged 14–17 will use a purpose-specific parent-declaration flow and separate youth assent before product participation; before any health or AI-data processing they will need explicit health/AI-data consent, verified email and acceptance of the applicable privacy and service terms. Email verification is not parental permission.

The current website preview does not perform age routing, the parent-declaration flow or youth assent and does not collect health data. Visiting the preview is not an approval to use a future app. Do not submit a child's, parent's or another person's information through an unofficial channel.

3. Early Access and community

Early Access is planned as a verified product-discussion cohort. Verification is intended to provide a one-time link to the submitted email. Community comments may be visible to other visitors and may use a generic member label rather than an email address. Do not post health records, diagnoses, progress photos, contact details, passwords, payment information, illegal content or personal information about another person.

You remain responsible for content you submit. You keep your rights in that content, but grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, moderate and technically reproduce it to operate the community. We may refuse, edit for safety, remove or preserve content when reasonably necessary for moderation, security, legal compliance or an abuse investigation. We do not promise that every post will remain available.

4. Release status and planned pricing

The mobile app is in development. Screens, health-platform bridges, watch concepts, AI explanations, features and examples on this site may be synthetic or illustrative. They are not promises of a released app, device integration, Apple Health or Health Connect access, app-store availability, live AI, clinical validation or a particular result.

The current commercial direction is a planned 7-day standard trial and a planned 30-day Early Access window after verification, followed by $20/month or $192/year with the annual option. These numbers are not an active checkout or a binding offer today. Currency, taxes, eligibility, payment authorization, renewal, cancellation, refunds, price changes and any consumer disclosures will be shown in a separate checkout and service agreement before a charge or subscription begins. This website currently does not charge a card or start a trial.

5. Fitness, nutrition and AI boundaries

Wave Body is a fitness and wellness companion, not a medical device, clinician, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service or replacement for a qualified professional. Stop and seek appropriate professional or emergency help when you have an urgent concern. Do not use a preview, AI explanation, recovery estimate, food estimate or exercise example as a medical or individualized prescription.

AI is intended to explain bounded, backend-owned context. It must not diagnose, invent safety reasons, override safety rules, silently change a workout or make a medical, nutritional or eligibility decision. Estimates can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming a proposed action, and the future product will apply its own safety and consent gates.

6. Privacy and consent

The Privacy Notice explains the current website data boundary. The future app will require separate service terms, permissions and privacy disclosures before collecting health context, food records, body metrics, photos, device signals or AI-derived information. Marketing communications must use a separate optional choice and an unsubscribe mechanism; necessary verification and service messages are different from marketing.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The Wave Body name, mark, website code, layout, copy, illustrations and prototype presentation belong to the operator or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and share ordinary public links for personal, non-commercial discussion, but may not copy the site as your own product, remove attribution, misuse the mark or imply endorsement.

Suggestions and feedback may be used to improve the project without payment or confidentiality unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Do not send trade secrets or confidential health information.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may describe or link to Apple, Google, AWS, email, hosting or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A reference to a platform is not an endorsement, partnership or promise that integration is available. We are not responsible for third-party outages or content.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

The preview is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator disclaims warranties about uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and future feature delivery. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the preview. Nothing in these terms authorizes use of the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

10. Changes, suspension and termination

We may update the preview, remove a feature, suspend a discussion or revise these terms as the product and law develop. The effective date will change when a material revision is published. If a live paid service launches, its separate terms will control that service and will be presented before enrollment or payment.

11. Governing law and contact

Unless mandatory law in your place of residence requires otherwise, these website terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts in Alberta are the proposed forum for disputes that can legally be resolved there. This clause does not remove non-waivable rights under the law where you live.

Questions, safety concerns and legal notices: wave@wavebody.app. No physical service address is currently published because no corporation or registered office is represented by this preview. Please do not include health information, passwords or payment details in an email.

Review before production.
This baseline must be checked by qualified Canadian and U.S. privacy/consumer counsel before paid enrollment, youth onboarding, health-data processing or production community activation.
